A revised release of the Workplace Relations Complaint Form has now been launched. This release caters for complaints relating to the contravention of the Paternity Leave and Benefits Act 2016, along with other technical changes
Users who may have saved a blank copy of an earlier release of the form on their PC, Laptop or other device should ensure that they use this new release (v.11 - shown at the foot of the form) if submitting further complaints.
